On Wednesday the 23rd of April the year's 4\5 went on an excursion to ANZAC square for the ANZAC ceremony. At about 8:45am our class walked down to the station and caught the train to central station in the city.
Then all of the students received a program of the ANZAC ceremony.And the ceremony began!
Quintein Bryce said a speach and so did Anna Bligh and 2 girls from a girl High School.In some parts of the ceremony we had to stand up and bow our heads or just stand up.
My FAVOURITE part of the ceremony when all of the wreaths were layed on the ground.
After the ceremony in ANZAC square we walked back up to central station and caught the train back to school.
